Hello

My work as a clinical neuropsychologist, combined with my own lived experiences, ultimately led me to create the FOURward Method: a psychologically grounded framework for navigating stress, burnout, grief, emotional overwhelm, and major life challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-awareness.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: hard things are an unavoidable part of life, but losing yourself in the process doesn’t have to be.

My Story

My work was born from a simple realization: most people are never actually taught how to navigate hard things in a psychologically sustainable way.

As a clinical neuropsychologist, I spent years helping people understand stress, burnout, grief, emotional overwhelm, coping patterns, and resilience. But over time, I also realized that insight alone is often not enough. People don’t just need information — they need practical ways to understand what they’re experiencing while they’re living through it.

At the same time, my own life experiences deeply shaped the way I think about adversity, emotional survival, and resilience.

That ultimately led me to develop the FOURward Method — a framework designed to help people approach challenges with greater clarity, intention, self-awareness, and psychological flexibility. The method combines psychological principles, neuropsychology, and lived experience to help people better understand how to navigate hard things without losing themselves in the process.

A major focus of my work is helping people recognize the hidden cognitive and emotional cost of chronic stress, burnout, emotional avoidance, and overwhelm — what I often refer to as “Brain Dollars.” My goal is to translate complex psychological concepts into language and tools people can actually use in real life.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College of Columbia University and my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Long Island University: Brooklyn. Throughout my career, I have worked across private practice, healthcare, educational, corporate, and community settings.

Today, my work focuses on resilience, burnout, emotional wellbeing, and helping people move through difficult experiences with greater awareness, intention, and emotional honesty.
